we lost today....started off well....1 over 3 runs conceded and a couple of wickets......Dhi bowled well..but then it all started goin wrong for us...i could have taken that catch....damn y didnt i jump...have got too heavy...gave away 8 runs in one over....scored jus 1* and we lost by 6 runs....
so much for a merry chirstmas...

Maybe your ankle is sprained. You should look into that. It'll probably hinder you from playing football as well.
